Adding, Editing and Deleting Activity Types

To add, edit or deleted activity types, you must have Activity Type Manger Permission Level.

To add an activity, 

  • go to the PD Admin Area of within your plan.

  • click on Activity Types in the drop-down list.
  • enter a name and description for the new activity type in the provided spaces which is located at the bottom of the screen.
  • click "Create."

              

 

To edit an activity, 

  • go to the PD Admin Area of within your plan.
  • click on Activity Types in the drop-down list.
  • click on the name of the activity you want to edit.
  • edit the name and/or description.
  • click "Save."

To delete an activity,

  • go to the PD Admin Area of within your plan.
  • click on Activity Types in the drop-down list.
  • click on the name of the activity you want to edit.
  • click "Delete."
